Job summary

Danaher’s DHR Enterprise AI Solutions designs, builds and deploys scalable AI-enabled applications that deliver measurable value across operating companies. You will lead technical delivery, shaping architecture and code quality to drive secure, production-ready software.

Collaborating with Product Owners, Platform, Data and AI teams, you will turn innovative AI capabilities into reliable solutions that scale enterprise-wide while adopting DevSecOps and observability best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise apps and AI-enabled software products.
• Experience with .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices and cloud services.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to guide delivery teams across multiple disciplines.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and integrate scalable full-stack solutions leveraging modern front-end and back-end frameworks, APIs, microservices and AI technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and user experiences that integrate advanced AI capabilities into business workflows.

In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, building and deploying scalable AI-enabled applications that create measurable business value across Danaher operating companies. You will serve as a technical leader within multidisciplinary delivery teams, helping transform innovative AI capabilities into secure, reliable and production-ready solutions that can be adopted and scaled across the enterprise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, build and integrate scalable full-stack solutions leveraging modern front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices and AI technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and user experiences that integrate advanced AI capabilities into business workflows, scientific processes and enterprise solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, instruments, data sources and operational systems to create connected and scalable business capabilities.
• Apply software engineering best practices, DevSecOps principles, observability standards and modern development approaches to ensure secure, reliable and maintainable applications.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Platform, Data, AI Scientists and AI Engineers to deliver production-grade AI solutions and reusable application capabilities across Danaher.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated success building enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions and AI-enabled software products.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing modern applications using technologies such as .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices and cloud services.
• Proven understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to guide delivery teams and collaborate across multiple technical disciplines.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Building AI-enabled applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, Enterprise Copilots, AI assistants or Generative AI technologies.
• Working with data engineering, analytics platforms, cloud-native AI services and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Delivering enterprise software modernisation, digital transformation or large-scale application development initiatives within complex business environments.
