Job summary

Danaher invites a senior software engineer in Bengaluru to design, build and deploy scalable AI-enabled applications that create measurable business value across Danaher operating companies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions and AI-enabled software products.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices and cloud services.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to guide delivery teams across disciplines.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated success building enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions and AI-enabled software products.
• Strong hands-on experience developing modern applications using technologies such as .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices and cloud services.
• Proven understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide delivery teams and collaborate across multiple technical disciplines.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Building AI-enabled applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, Enterprise Copilots, AI assistants or Generative AI technologies.
• Working with data engineering, analytics platforms, cloud-native AI services and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Delivering enterprise software modernisation, digital transformation or large-scale application development initiatives within complex business environments.
