- Ensure data quality, integrity, reliability, and governance across all data solutions.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and manage Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions using modern architectural patterns.
- Implement scalable Bronze, Silver, and Gold data architectures to support reusable and maintainable data products.
- Define and enforce ETL/ELT standards, performance optimization practices, and engineering best practices.
- Build AI-ready datasets by ensuring data is clean, governed, well-modelled, and well-documented.
- Drive CI/CD adoption using GitHub, including branching strategies, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Design dimensional data models and star schemas optimized for analytics workloads.
- Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, datasets, reports, dashboards, and applications.
- Develop intuitive, high-performing reporting solutions using DAX and modern visualization techniques.

- Contribute reusable frameworks, templates, standards, and best practices across the Analytics function.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Engineers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching conversations, and development planning.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Governance, and Engineering teams to align on standards and delivery approaches.
- Participate in peer reviews of SQL, Python, DAX, data models, and reporting solutions.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
