Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Angular Technical Lead in Frontend Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture, along with proven experience leading development teams in fast-paced product or SaaS environments.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can work closely with business stakeholders, mentor developers, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business goals.

You will play a critical role in building modern web applications, improving engineering standards, and driving successful project execution across the SDLC lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular (v14+), TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies
• Lead a team of developers and act as the primary interface between the technical team and management
• Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend components and modules
• Collaborate with backend teams for API integration and overall system architecture alignment
• Analyze technical risks, identify mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve development challenges
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and best development practices
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and drive technical excellence across the team
• Monitor project status, elevate critical issues proactively, and provide timely updates with solutions and recommendations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and support materials
• Provide third-level support for production and business-critical issues
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within project timelines and budgets

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 8+ years of strong hands-on software development experience with Angular (v8 to v16)
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS
• Solid experience in RESTful API integration, database management, query writing, and stored procedures using SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role managing teams of 3+ developers
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Experience working in Product Companies, B2B SaaS, ERP environments, or service companies serving B2B SaaS clients
• Stable career history with consistent tenure across organizations
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver effectively in fast-paced environments
• Candidates from South India only
• Current designation should be Lead / Manager or above

Preferred Skills :

• Hands-on experience with C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ Queries for backend/API development
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and version control systems
• Strong understanding of unit testing, TDD, and testing frameworks such as Jasmine, NUnit, and Protractor
• Experience in OceanTech, LogisticsTech, ShippingTech, TransportationTech, or ERP domains is an added advantage
