2. Receivables and Revenue Management:

• Monitor and ensure timely collections of receivables to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Develop action plans to minimize overdue payments and address revenue leakage.

3. Stock Audit and Reconciliation:

• Conduct monthly stock audits across various locations to ensure physical stock matches the records in Tally.
• Address discrepancies and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

4. Budgeting and ROI Monitoring:

• Track and monitor budgets for new sales expansions, ensuring expenses align with projections.
• Analyze ROI and provide actionable feedback to improve performance if returns fall short of targets.

5. Transaction Accuracy and Timeliness:

• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring all transactions, payments, and entries are accurate and completed on time.
• Establish a maker‑checker system to maintain integrity in financial records.

6. Audit and Risk Mitigation:

• Conduct regular audits of transactions to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
• Implement AI‑driven tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to address gaps in performance, such as unachieved sales targets or budget overruns.

Key Qualifications for Lead Finance Analyst:
