NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee maintenance and repairs within office environments and related buildings in Mumbai. The role ensures service levels are met, safety standards are maintained, and maintenance records are accurately documented.

You will coordinate routine maintenance, support facilities service requests, and liaise with security, access control, and building services teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Competenze

• Academic qualifications include a High school certificate and relevant vocational training.
• Significant demonstrated experience in a similar role with preference for team leadership experience.

• Checks that all maintenance and repairs requests within the office environment and related buildings are carried out per the service level agreement.
• Provides support with distribution of and response to all service requests related to facilities.
• Checks daily building inspections and ensures work conforms to the Health and Safety Act.
• Documents and reports on maintenance and repair requests to management.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule and ensures tasks are completed on time.
• Maintains maintenance database and ensures facilities, tools, and stock levels are secured.
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, access control, and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance of stakeholders to management.
• Checks contractor documentation and maintains records such as permits, leases, and correspondence.

• Provides support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
• Checks that daily building inspections and ensures that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act.
• Documents and reports on in progress, new and/or completed maintenance, and repair requests to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Checks that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement.
• Provides support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
• Checks that daily building inspections and ensures that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act.
• Documents and reports on in progress, new and/or completed maintenance, and repair requests to management.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule.
• Provides support with ensuring that the tasks are completed according to the schedule and updates and maintains the maintenance database.
• Ensures that buildings, offices and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met.
• Provides support to ensure that all office facilities, tools, equipment, and stock (office consumable) levels are maintained and securely stored.
• Liaises with all internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, and access control and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance of internal and external stakeholders to the management.
• Checks all contractor documentation and maintains records such as permits, leases and correspondence on behalf of the business.
• Provides team lead support to more junior resources within the team.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

• High school certificate.
• Relevant vocational training.

Required experience

• Significant demonstrated experience gained in a similar role and preferably a related work environment.
• Significant team leader experience preferred.
