Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building tasks.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Set up and install new equipment, fixtures, or appliances as required.
• Ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, doors and windows, locks, and other components.
• Repair or replace faulty parts or equipment as needed.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with personnel to procure items within budget.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and mitigate risks.
• Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures.

Your role at a glance

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems and components such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building-related tasks.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential issues.
