Job summary

CBTS in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines across hybrid/multi-cloud environments. The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and security within DevSecOps practices, with collaboration across development, QA and product teams.

You will drive observability, incident response readiness and performance tuning while mentoring junior engineers to adopt best-practices in automation and deployment workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure and IaC concepts.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Awareness of DevSecOps practices and security integration in pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate across development, QA and product teams.

• Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Leads the design, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment workflows to enable seamless software delivery. Drives cloud-native architecture, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps practices to ensure scalability, resilience, and efficiency across enterprise environments.
