Job summary

Cencora is hiring a senior data engineer to join our global health-focused team in Pune. The role requires leading data engineering initiatives, architecting big data solutions, and ensuring reliable data delivery for reporting and analytics.

You will work with SQL-based databases, Databricks, and BI tools to enable actionable insights for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in data engineering or related fields, advanced SQL skills, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data engineering, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, data engineering, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, big data architecture, software development, data warehousing, or a related field required.

Certified Data Engineer, Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional, or equivalent certification preferred.
