Job summary

Saur Energy International in Hyderabad seeks an experienced OT cybersecurity engineer to develop strategies for gas power control solutions. You will design, implement and test OT security architectures for new units and services while ensuring safety, availability and reliability of physical assets.

You will mentor a team of engineers, collaborate with global NPI cybersecurity teams, translate customer requirements into security plans, and drive deployment of new technologies and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master or above in Electronics Engineering/Computer engineering/software engineering/controls-instrumentation engineering Industrial Automation or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in Control sever/network design.
• Hands on experience of Network, Compute, Data, Storage and Application security principles for on-premises/cloud applications.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product line leaders to capture and translate customer cybersecurity requirements for the NPI teams.
• Work with technical leaders, system architects, and principal engineers to develop test plans for product cybersecurity strategies and product development.
• Drive the product development and deployment of new technologies and lifecycle tools for application sizing, installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Be the point of contact for project teams for technical questions and guidance on OT cyber security.
• Document standard procedures for product lifecycle stages related to cybersecurity services.
• Evaluate and implement virtualization technologies.
• Drive security technologies, including firewall, IDS, endpoint security solutions etc within the control system.
• Train and coordinate with global teams on new cybersecurity service releases.
• Support field personnel in resolving technical issues and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and services.

Required Qualifications
