Hirewand is seeking an experienced Android engineer responsible for owning one or more modules, guiding the team to ensure quality and timely delivery. The role involves instruction, review of work, and proactive issue identification with strong technical foundation.

You will analyze requirements, design and implement, and ensure traceability from design to delivery, while mentoring junior teammates and contributing to organizational technical initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering graduate with 5-8 years of Android development experience.
• Experience in Android design, development, bug fixing and sustenance.
• Strong knowledge of Android framework, APIs and performance optimization.

• Analyze requirements and feasibility with risk identification and mitigation.
• Design, code, test, fix bugs, document, and provide technical support in the assigned area.
• Ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain traceability from design to delivery and optimize code coverage.
• Conduct reviews and own quality of deliverables and associated risks.
• Identify training needs and participate in technical initiatives and training plans.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• May be assigned people management duties at PM discretion.

JOB SUMMARY• Person at this position takes ownership of a module and associated quality and delivery.
