Job summary

Vrinda International is hiring a Lead Engineer – AI/ML for our Hyderabad location. The role focuses on building enterprise-grade GenAI solutions and AI architectures, with hands-on work in RAG systems, LLM apps and automation pipelines. 5 days work-from-office and immediate to 15 days notice.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow or scikit-learn, and a track record of delivering PoCs and scalable AI services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant AI/ML work experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver AI/ML & Generative AI solutions.
• Build RAG systems, LLM applications, prompt-driven agents and automation pipelines.
• Implement and fine-tune GenAI solutions.
• Develop PoCs and blueprint implementations.
• Evaluate GenAI technologies, frameworks and cloud AI services.
• Guide AI/ML best practices and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape AI initiatives.
• Ensure enterprise security and compliance.
