Essential Qualifications

We are also looking for someone who demonstrates strategic thinking, strong customer focus, technical depth, and the ability to build alignment across geographically distributed teams. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, intercultural adaptability, professional presence, and a passion for developing others.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • 8-10 years of experience in hydraulic piston pump design, product development, and engineering project execution.

  • Advanced expertise in DFSS tools and methodologies, including PDSC, FMEA/FMECA, DVPR, DOE, Monte Carlo Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), tolerance stack-up analysis, engineering reviews, and design validation practices.

  • Demonstrated success leading technical projects, implementing engineering changes through PLM systems, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with hydraulic piston motor design, computational engineering methods such as FEM, CFD, and MATLAB, and development of analytical prediction models and engineering design guides will be highly valued.
