Job summary

Talentboon Consulting seeks a senior IT operations leader to drive 24/7 command-centre / NOC teams, oversee Windows Server and Linux environments, and ensure robust enterprise networking. You will shape monitoring architecture and tooling strategy (OBM, SiteScope, PagerDuty, Dynatrace, SCOM or equivalents).

Role & responsibilities

• Proven leadership and man-management of 247 operations, command-centre or NOC teams.
• Strong operational oversight of Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge across the estate.
• A strong grasp of monitoring architecture and tooling strategy (OBM, SiteScope, PagerDuty, Dynatrace, SCOM or equivalents).
• Strong ITIL and IT service-management experience across incident, problem, change and major-incident.
• A track record of driving automation and AI adoption to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and man-management skills.

Beneficial Skills / Experience

• ITIL Expert / Managing Professional (or equivalent) certification.
• Hands-on administration experience of monitoring tooling (e.g. OBM or PagerDuty).
• Cloud and observability strategy experience, and vendor / managed-service governance
• A people-management or leadership qualification
