Job summary

GlobalLogic in Bengaluru seeks a technical leadership professional to guide the Engineering Productivity and Quality tooling team, driving technology decisions, and implementing best practices. You will design internal tooling to enhance the developer experience and promote DevOps best practices across cloud infrastructure.

The role emphasizes hands-on programming in Java, Python, Go, or C, and building CI/CD pipelines using Harness, Jenkins or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Technical leader with strong communication to socialize decisions.
• Design, automate, and operate cloud infrastructure using Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps metrics (DORA) and Quality Engineering best practices.
• Hands-on programming in Java, Python, Go, or C.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Harness, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Provision and manage containers and orchestration with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Responsibilities

What you’ll achieve

Desirable Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study
2. 3+ years experience in technical leadership
