Job summary

INFINX in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own cloud, automation, and reliability strategy. This hands-on leadership role sets standards, drives architecture, and mentors the team across AWS-centric cloud, multi-cloud, and data tooling.

The role combines architectural judgement with end-to-end automation, security posture, and platform governance to deliver scalable systems and robust DevOps practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Expert Python and Bash scripting.
• Deep AWS architecture with multi-cloud experience (Azure/GCP).
• Terraform and Ansible IaC mastery.
• Experience designing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Production ownership of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own our cloud, automation, and reliability strategy. The ideal candidate brings expert scripting, deep multi-cloud experience (AWS primary; Azure/GCP), infrastructure-as-code mastery, container-platform ownership, mature observability and security posture, and a solid understanding of modern data technologies. This is a hands-on leadership role: setting standards, driving architecture, and mentoring the team.

This role requires strong architectural judgement, the ability to lead automation and platform initiatives end-to-end, and the capability to raise engineering standards across application, infrastructure, and data layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own DevOps, platform, and cloud strategy and architecture
