Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead our DevOps team. Note: Looking for immediate joiners. Minimum 10 years of experience required. Candidate with less experience wont be considered. Ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a team and a DevOps Leader.

Position Scope

• Develop and maintain scalable and automated cloud infrastructure using AWS
• Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
• Design and implement effective cloud security strategies and operations to protect data and maintain compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess functional needs and translate them into robust and scalable infrastructure solutions
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and enhancements, and advocate for the adoption of new technologies that will benefit the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues across multiple domains and platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• A masters degree is a plus
• Proficient with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, Route53, API Gateway, and IAM
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
• Deep understanding of network architectures and cloud security protocols
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate is desirable
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in managing technical teams
