Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Lead Development Associate to identify and qualify sales opportunities and support the growth of client accounts. You will contribute to lead campaigns, arrange meetings with clients, and document every interaction in our CRM. Expect to work toward monthly sales targets and participate in a structured incentive plan.

The role includes training through internal programs and a path to advanced sales responsibilities within Arrow’s global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of sales or sales-related experience in electronics/tech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and qualification of opportunities to drive client growth.
• Set up meetings between clients and prospects and nurture relationships.
• Document activities and CRM entries; aim to meet monthly targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Development Representative plays a critical role in developing, identifying, and qualifying leads to help drive the growth of immixGroup’s clients’ public sector business. The ideal candidate will learn the company value proposition and attend sales training in immixGroup’s state-of-the-art immixUniversity program.

• Participate in lead generation call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for immixGroup’s clients.

• Set up meetings between the client and the government customer. Establish ongoing business relationships with both government customers and technology clients.

• Document information for all sales activities, opportunities, and customer/client interaction in company CRM. Meet and exceed monthly performance goals.

• This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

• At least 1-2 years’ sales or sales related role experience in the electronics industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, outspoken, and strong can-do attitude
