Job summary

NYU Soft Solutions LLP in Ahmedabad, India is seeking a senior frontend/lead full-stack developer to own the MERN stack projects, transform designs into high-quality React interfaces, and build scalable APIs.

You will mentor a development team, drive architecture and best practices, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Expect AI-assisted workflows with Claude Code and rigorous code reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Git, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), debugging, and code optimization.
• Experience with software architecture, technical decision-making, code reviews, and development best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a development team.
• Experience with project planning, task allocation, estimation, deadline management, and delivery.
• Strong client communication skills, including requirement gathering, technical discussions, and project updates.
• Ability to independently manage technical challenges and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or Cursor is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications and resolve complex technical issues.
• Use Claude Code for AI-assisted development, review AI-generated code, and ensure its quality, security, and reliability.
• Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure adherence to coding standards and deadlines.
