AtkinsRéalis in Pune seeks a Lead Designer - Revit Structure to develop BIM models for water infrastructure, provide reinforcement detailing, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. You will ensure deliverables meet BEP standards and client requirements, while mentoring junior staff and driving BIM improvements.

The role requires 5–12 years of BIM experience in water projects, strong Revit Structure skills, and familiarity with Navisworks/Revizto.

• Minimum 5–12 years of BIM experience in water infrastructure projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Experience creating families, schedules and templates in Revit.
• Good understanding of water supply and wastewater systems.
• BIM workflows and data management.
• Experience on US/UK/Middle East/international water projects preferred.
• Independent worker and collaborative BIM team member.
• Knowledge of ACC/ProjectWise, Navisworks and clash detection workflows.
• Exposure to scripting/automation (Dynamo, Python) is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
