Job summary

Thermon is seeking an experienced candidate to lead heat tracing systems projects in Mumbai, India. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Project Manager, managing engineering hours, and ensuring client satisfaction. Ideal candidates are technically accomplished in heat tracing design, knowledgeable in piping and insulation systems, and able to mentor others. The salary range is between 11 Lacs and 15 Lacs plus yearly variables, equivalent to $13,000 - $17,000 per year.

Job description

In this role, you will

In coordination with the Project Manager, you will take the lead in completing heat tracing systems per the customer specifications to ensure customer satisfaction and Thermon profitability. You will communicate with clients on all technical and commercial matters, manage engineering hours on the project, and generate manpower requirements for efficient execution.

• Are technically proficient / accomplished in heat tracing design and have appropriate technical knowledge of Piping & Insulation Systems, Electricity, and P&IDs, governing Codes.
• Are able to mentor team members and foster technical growth, encouraging and recognizing individual improvement.
• Understand and can carry out PM tasks if required and possess the skills of a competent PM.
• Control the schedule, not vice versa.
• Create and capitalize on opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Drive improved productivity with higher worker morale (less stress).

Salary

Our salary range for this role is between 11 Lacs and 15 Lacs + yearly variables. Experience will determine the exact amount. Equivalent to $13,000 - $17,000 per year.
