Responsibilities

Adani Airport City is developing Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities including Retail, Office, Hotels, Convention Centre and Arena across various cities – Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial Phases.

The Lead Design Architect will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design initiatives for real estate and hospitality projects. The position requires a Bachelor of Architecture from a reputed institute and a proven track record in conceptualizing and overseeing mixed‑use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience and possess exceptional skills in architectural design for hospitality‑led projects. This position will report to Head Design.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee architectural design initiatives for hospitality‑led mixed‑use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design concepts.
• Provide strategic guidance and innovative design solutions to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and sustainability principles in all design activities.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects to foster a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.

Qualifications

Education Qualification

• Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Preferred: B. Arch from reputed institutes such as CEPT University and School of Planning & Architecture (SPA).

Certification Required
