Job summary

Adani Airport Holdings seeks a senior Interiors & Architectural Designer to lead hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces in Ahmedabad. You will drive design strategy, coordinate with consultants, and ensure delivery from concept to on-site completion.

The role requires a Bachelor of Architecture, strong leadership, experience with BIM, and a track record of managing full-cycle projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture is mandatory.
• Master of Architecture is preferred from reputed institutes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee interior & architectural design for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces
• Prepare and issue RFPs for design consultants and vendors
• Review GFC drawings for accuracy and completeness
• Drive value engineering initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful execution

Roles & Responsibilities

*Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor of Architecture (mandatory)

Experience:

• 1518 years in architectural design for real estate and hospitality projects
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle projects from concept to completion

Certifications:

No mandatory certifications; relevant design certifications are advantageous

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design
