Job summary

Infosys Finacle in Bengaluru is seeking a data- and AI-driven professional to advance cutting-edge AI solutions in collaboration with industry partners. You will design experiments, develop models, and extract insights from large datasets to drive business outcomes.

You will communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders, host models, and ensure responsible AI practices while exploring innovative approaches to enhance customer experiences and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using statistical languages (Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and derive insights from large data sets.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, distributions, statistical tests) and their applications.
• Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics (regression, simulation, clustering, neural networks).
• Should be able to host the models and make them API convertible.
• Good communication and presentation skills to explain your work to non-technical audiences.
• Working on cutting-edge AI solutions in partnership with industry leaders; propose innovative solutions and adapt to a dynamic learning environment.
• Build AI algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage, interrogate, and extract data to supply tailored reports.
• Use predictive modeling to improve customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes, with Explainable and Responsible AI.
• Conduct research to develop prototypes and share insights across the organization.
• Stay curious about using algorithms to solve problems and enthuse others about their benefits.
