Job summary

Capgemini seeks a senior AI leader to drive the organization’s AI/ML strategy, mentor teams, and own end-to-end delivery from ideation to production. You will design and implement ML, DL, NLP, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions, working with stakeholders to convert high-value use cases into scalable products.

With 12+ years in data science and AI, you will guide MLOps practices, leverage cloud platforms, and help build production-grade AI products for global clients in a collaborative Capgemini

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics.
• Hands-on with production-grade AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI implementations.
• Expertise in ML, DL, NLP, Statistical Modeling, and Data Visualization.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI ecosystems.
• Proficient in Python and data science programming languages.
• Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
