Job summary

Birlasoft in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced GenAI Architect to design and implement enterprise GenAI solutions, focusing on scalable NLP/NLG, data pipelines, and cloud deployments.

You will lead client engagements, deliver PoCs, and guide cross-functional teams. Requires 8–10 years hands-on GenAI experience and strong Python skills, plus excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on building applications using GenAI models and frameworks
• Serve as the primary technical expert for GenAI technologies, focusing on enhancing our GenAI footprint across clients by developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI models and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies
• Define best practices, standards, and templates for AI solutions
• Conduct workshops, demos, and client presentations on GenAI use cases
• Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies to enhance conversational AI capabilities
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform integration and functionality issues
• Proactive blueprint, PoCs and Pilots – Hands‑on to independently build quick prototypes and demonstrate to key decision makers

Technical Skills Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with AI / GenAI (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Expertise in NLP, NLU, NLQ, and NLG technologies
• Core Python expertise to build applications and engineer GenAI solutions at enterprise scale
• Delivered at least 1–2 production‑grade projects on agentic AI frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with either of the agentic AI frameworks such as Google ADK or Langraph
• Experience with databases, data warehouses, and data lakes on any cloud platform
• Deep knowledge of architecting product‑scale GenAI applications on GCP cloud
• Solid understanding of API integrations, backend systems, and data flows
• Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and embeddings
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and solution architecture capabilities
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to manage/run multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
