You will lead projects end-to-end, mentor teams, and collaborate with software groups, using Python/SQL, ML Ops, and Jira for delivery. Strong English and 9+ years in data science with leadership are required.

Formación

• 9+ years in software engineering with a focus on Data Science.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong statistical data analysis, ML, and NLP with real-world context.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions (classification, clustering, anomaly detection, NLP).
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from data prep to model evaluation and visualization.
• Strong Python and SQL skills including production-grade coding and data libraries.
• Knowledge of ML Ops, model development pipelines, and feature engineering approaches.
• Ability to build business-accessible models, including Azure AI Search experience.
• Proficiency with GitLab, Jira, and Agile development practices.
• Eagerness to explore new technologies with strong problem-solving and delivery focus.
• Comfortable using UNIX command line.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Nice to have: Cloud computing, Big Data tools, visualization tools, containerization.

Requirements

• 9+ years working in software engineering with a focus on Data Science
• A minimum of 1 year in a relevant leadership capacity
• Strong command of statistical data analysis, machine learning, and NLP, along with a solid grasp of their real-world uses and constraints
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions, covering classification, clustering, anomaly detection, and NLP
• Skilled in managing the full project lifecycle, from data preparation to model construction, evaluation, and visualization
• Strong Python and SQL skills, including writing production-level code and using data analysis libraries
• Knowledge of ML Ops, model development pipelines, and feature engineering approaches
• Ability to manipulate data and build business-accessible models, including experience with Azure AI Search
• Skilled in software development practices, version control systems (such as GitLab), and project tracking tools (such as Jira)
• Eagerness to explore new technologies, paired with strong problem-solving ability and a track record of delivering production-ready work
• Comfortable working with the UNIX command line
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks
• Strong English communication skills, at a B2+ level or higher
