Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive AI-driven data transformations and scalable data architectures in a fast-moving innovation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in analytics, CS, or statistics.
• Masters in Data Science or related field preferred.
• Certifications in data management and cloud data engineering.
• Proficiency with Spark/Databricks and Azure data services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data engineers to develop Big Data solutions.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay current with Big Data trends and technologies.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshoot to optimize performance.
• Maintain documentation for data processes and infra.
