Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to head a team in building scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on cloud platforms. You will ensure data quality, collaborate with business partners, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

You will work on Big Data technologies, stay aligned with industry trends, and deliver secure, well-documented data solutions that power analytics across global enterprises.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (analytics, CS, stats or data science).
• Solid experience leading data engineering teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of Big Data ecosystems, data models, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud data platforms (Azure).
