Job summary

Accion Labs in Mumbai seeks a hands-on Technical Lead to build and scale data platforms and AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. This role blends architecture, coding, and people leadership to deliver robust data systems with practical, measurable impact.

You will design scalable pipelines, own ELT workloads with dbt, orchestrate data workflows with Airflow, and deploy services on GKE or other cloud services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Data/Software Engineering experience.
• Strong in SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, GCS, IAM) or other clouds (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, and modern ELT approaches.
• Solid data modeling and performance tuning skills.
• Prior team leadership experience.
