Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned data engineering leader to drive end-to-end analytics delivery in a hybrid work model.

You will architect enterprise data platforms, define data standards and governance, and lead AI/GenAI initiatives using Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG patterns. You’ll mentor engineering teams and coordinate with global stakeholders to deliver compliant reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering and analytics.
• Enterprise-scale data platforms and governance experience.
• Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and AI/GenAI solutions.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT, data quality and observability.
• Stakeholder management and solution architecture experience.
