Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure and high-performance data solutions.
• This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Microsoft Fabric, with strong hands‑on experience in modern data platforms, distributed systems and cloud‑native architectures.
• You will lead data engineering initiatives, mentor a team of engineers, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, analytics and platform teams to enable data‑driven decision‑making at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in data engineering, with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Strong experience with:
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF) – pipeline orchestration & integration.
  • Azure Cosmos DB – NoSQL modelling & performance tuning.
  • Microsoft Fabric – Lakehouse, data warehouse, and analytics solutions.
  • Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or Spark).
  • Experience with distributed systems and large‑scale data processing.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling (relational & NoSQL).
