Job summary

Indium seeks a data analytics lead to design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. You will translate business needs into reports, KPIs, and actionable insights, while ensuring data accuracy and performant visuals.

You’ll develop data models with DAX, build ETL pipelines with SQL/Python, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely analytics solutions. You will mentor junior analysts and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into meaningful reports, KPIs, and actionable insights.
• Strong SQL and Python for ETL and data workflows.
• Experience in leading analytics projects and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau to deliver dashboards.

• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows using SQL and Python.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.

Data Modeling & Technical Expertise

• Apply advanced SQL techniques for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Work with cloud data platforms and modern data environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data workflows, and analytical solutions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor data analysts, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define analytical solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate insights effectively, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
