Job summary

Adani Group in Mumbai, India seeks an experienced Testing & Commissioning leader for data centers. You will manage the testing and commissioning team, design and implement robust testing plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure safety and quality compliance across all activities.

The role requires 12–15 years in commissioning with 5–6 years in the data centers sector, and a track record of leading testing teams. Preference for CDCP certification.

Qualifications

Job description

Owing T&C activities as per the schedule and ensuring RFS in timely fashion.

Coordination:

Manage the testing and commissioning team & activities, ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards.

Preparing & Implementing comprehensive testing and commissioning plans.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to align schedules and activities.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential issues.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Documentation:

Document testing and commissioning results, and prepare detailed reports for project records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with various teams to address challenges during the testing and commissioning phase.

Industry Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience:

12-15 years of experience in the commissioning domain and 5 to 6 years in Data Centres industry

Proven track record in testing and commissioning activities

Experience in coordinating and leading testing teams

Certification:

CDCP certified data center professional (Preferred)
