Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead - Corporate FP&A to oversee financial planning and analysis for a business unit, driving insights and strategic decision support. You will lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses while partnering with cross-functional leaders to align financial and operational goals.

The role emphasizes automation, process improvements, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid work setting in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field.
• MBA/PGDM or Master's in Finance is a plus.
• Experience in corporate FP&A and financial planning processes preferred.
