Argano is seeking a Lead Consultant with 8+ years of SAP analytics experience to design and deliver end-to-end SAC reporting solutions. You will handle requirements, data modelling, dashboards, security and go-live within a collaborative SAP delivery team.

You will lead end-to-end SAC implementations, integrate with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, and develop Fiori analytical applications. Strong stakeholder collaboration and documentation are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of SAP analytics/BI experience including SAC and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
• Hands-on SAC implementation life cycle: design, data modelling, loading, testing and go-live.
• Experience with data modelling, data wrangling and security in SAP environments.
• Experience creating SAC stories: canvas, responsive reports, filters and KPIs.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA CDS views and BW query concepts is preferred.
• Good understanding of business processes and agile collaboration with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a Lead Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our SAP Delivery team, specialising in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and Fiori. You will design and deliver end-to-end SAC reporting and analytics solutions, from requirements and data modelling to dashboards, security and go-live, working closely with business and SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in SAC, and implement end-to-end analytics solutions that support business reporting and decision-making.


• Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


• Configure and customize SAC functionality to business requirements, including data connections, data modelling and security settings.


• Leverage S/4HANA Embedded Analytics for real-time reporting and analytics within the SAP S/4HANA environment.


• Develop Fiori analytical applications and tiles that give intuitive access to key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical insights.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (SAP, database, infrastructure, Basis, functional and business) to understand requirements, resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements.


• Implement enhancements and change requests based on business and technical requirements.


• Maintain technical documentation and provide production support in accordance with defined SLAs and support processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of SAC experience with S/4HANA, SAP BPC, CDS/HANA models, APIs, BOBJ or BW Query views as back end; working knowledge of S/4HANA CDS views and BW queries.


• Hands-on experience in at least one full life-cycle SAC implementation, including design workshops, requirements gathering, gap analysis, custom SAC Analytic Application development, data model development and data loading, unit and integration testing, and go-live strategies.


• Extensive experience in data modelling and dataset preparation: merging, appending, custom hierarchies, custom calculations, groupings, currency conversion, value formatting, data wrangling, and dimensions and measures/KFs.


• Experience creating stories: canvas, responsive, drill-down, year-on-year comparison, filters, alerts, conditional formatting, graphs and tables.


• Experience in user creation, security assignment, content export and transport across environments, and connection setup with security.


• Functional knowledge of any of the following modules: FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, HCM, VC, EWM.


• Good understanding of business processes, including identifying as-is and to-be processes and mapping them to the solution.


• Experience working with and supporting multi-functional teams in an agile environment.


• Experience reviewing and approving mapping documents and converting functional specifications into technical specifications in collaboration with the functional team.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.


• Competencies: Clear communication and ability to interact independently with client teams; strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills.


• Good to have: Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
