We are hiring for RPO (Payroll co. Sonyo Management) for our company who will be deputed at our IT client site @Noida.

JOB TITLE: LEAD CONSULTANT (IT RECRUITMENT) (RPO)

JOB MODE: HYBRID (3 DAYS IN A WEEK IS MANDATORY TO GO OFFICE)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition proficiency with End-to-End IT recruitment handling.
• Recruitment process includes screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement until onboarding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their staffing needs and preferences, aligning recruitment efforts with departmental goals.
• Stakeholder management with data management on the hiring process.
• Strategic recruitment with planning and execution of targets for closing business requirements.
• Sourcing resumes from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Discussing with hiring managers to identify staff needs and develop job descriptions.
• Scheduling candidates' interviews with department heads.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong computer operation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3+ years IT Recruitment, team handling, and client handling experience preferably in a similar role (RPO client site) with an IT company.
• Candidate must have RPO experience with Tech M/Tech Mahindra.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in English.
• Experience in Team Handling & Client Handling is a must.
• Only looking for immediate joiners. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THEIR OWN LAPTOP.
