Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Business Data Services to design and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. You will lead Gen AI initiatives, develop ML models, and deploy them across cloud platforms in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on experience in MCP server, Python, NLP, and modern AI tools. You’ll contribute to production-grade systems, with a hybrid work model and emphasis on innovation and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in analytics, CS, statistics or data science.
• Experience with data governance and MDM is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant Gen_AI Engineer with MCP server expertise! In this role we are looking for candidates who have relevant years of experience in designing and developing machine learning and deep learning system. Who have professional software development experience. Hands on running machine learning tests and experiments. Implementing appropriate AI engineers with Gen AI.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in MCP server to develop and deploy Gen AI Solutions


• Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address our clients’ business requirements and challenges


• Experience in AI/ML Architecture.


• Excellent knowledge on Python


• Close the gap between AI research and production to create ground-breaking new products features and solve problems for our customers with Gen AI


• Build and implement machine learning models and prototype solutions for proof-of-concept


• Scale existing AI models into production on a variety of cloud platforms with Gen AI


• Analyze and resolve architectural problems working closely with engineering data science and operations teams.


• Good working knowledge on deep learning and advanced NLP techniques


• Analysing the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability


• Should be excellent with Rasa Framework or any other chatbot interface.


• Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models.


• Training and retraining ML systems and models in real-world situations


• Good Understanding of LL Ms and Gen AI technologies.(Azure Open AI Lang Chain etc.)


• Experience in Agentic AI and RAG


• Exposure to cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
