Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in India (Dadri region) is seeking a Senior Oracle SCM professional to lead end-to-end EBS SCM delivery, defining scope, timelines, and resource plans while coordinating across time zones.

The role emphasizes regulatory reporting, data validation, and AIM/OUM governance. You will engage clients, drive requirements, oversee testing cycles, and ensure successful cutovers, leveraging Oracle EBS modules such as INV, PO, OM, and WMS.

Qualifications

• Under Graduate or Graduate in Technology with Computers or Information Technology (IT) stream.
• Experience in Oracle EBS SCM functional consulting preferred.
• Experience in SCM functional (BSA) roles and Oracle R12.2.x architecture.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus and integrations (EDI, APIs).
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models and bilingual (English + Spanish/French) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams across time zones and track milestones with MS Project or Jira.
• Conduct regular status meetings and executive updates for stakeholders.

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Oracle SCM BSA/Architect!

The purpose of this role is to manage and implement technology solutions for regulatory reporting within a financial institution. The role requires expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, data validation, and regulatory reporting, specifically focusing on the FR 2052a report. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing data management processes.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementation, upgrade, or support projects
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans
• Manage cross-functional teams across time zones
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools like MS Project or Jira
• Conduct regular status meetings and executive updates

Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Facilitate requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, and UAT sessions
• Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or escalations

Functional Expertise

• Provide hands-on guidance on Oracle EBS SCM modules such as:
• Inventory (INV)
• Purchasing (PO)
• Order Management (OM)
• Warehouse management system (WMS)
• Shipping Execution (WSH)
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and coordinate with technical teams

Delivery & Governance

• Ensure adherence to Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies
• Manage documentation, testing cycles, and cutover planning

• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
