HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced IT professional to support and enhance our Master Data System. The role involves Oracle development, incident management, and proactive monitoring, with opportunities to contribute to IT projects and process improvements.

You will interact with internal customers to clarify technical inquiries and provide robust solutions, while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in programming with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• 4+ years using Visual Studio and TFS.
• Strong English communication skills.
• 4+ years with Confluence and JIRA REST services.

Responsabilités

• Support, development and technical consulting for our Master Data System.
• Maintenance and development in ORACLE.
• Handle service requests and application support.
• Incident management and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Proactive monitoring and early issue detection.
• Coordinate release to production, scripts and change orders.
• Participate in IT projects and process optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, development and technical consulting for our Master Data System
• Maintenance
• Development in ORACLE
• Service requests
• Application support
• Incident management
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teams
• Documentation: create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge databases, and support processes to improve efficiency in the support team
• Proactive monitoring: implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issues
• Release to Production: packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis) and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scripts
• Project support: participate in IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processes
• Customer interaction: email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutions

Experience

• Several years of experience (8+) in programming with profound knowledge in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Several years of experience (4+) in Visual Studio and TFS
• A good command of English is a must
• Experience (4+) in Confluence and JIRA rest services
