HCL Technologies Limited is hiring a SAP SCM Logistics Execution Lead Consultant in Chennai with 8-10 years of experience. The role involves design and development of tools per client requirements, leading technical designs, and coordinating project activities with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of inbound/outbound shipments, MM/WM/SD integration, RF configurations, and production/TO creation, along with strong procurement and master data expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SCM Logistics Execution with 8-10 years.
• Experience in PP & WM cross-functional integration and MM–WM, MM–SD integration.
• Familiarity with RF configurations and weight scale integration.
• Hands-on production/order creation processes and 3PL interfaces.
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay across STO, subcontracting, 3rd party procurement, and consignment.
• Material master data creation and views maintenance; PR–PO release strategy.
• Control cycles including storage location maintenance; PP–MM integration; MRP; SNC integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new tools as per client requirements or customize existing tools.
• Lead technical design and ensure alignment with business needs, best practices, and module configuration.
• Prepare capability presentations, assessments, and proposal documents.
• Coordinate project plans, resources, and stakeholder activities.
• Mentor and support the consulting team’s professional growth.

JD - SAP SCM Logistics Execution (MM/WM/LE) - SAP MM/WM LEAD Consultant with 8 - 10 years of experience.

• Mandatory Skills - Experiences in Inbound –Outbound Shipment Process,
• PP & WM Cross Functional Module Integration, Knowledge in MM – WM, MM - SD Integration.
• RF Configurations, Menu Mapping, Weight SCALE Integration
• Hands On Experience – Production/MPF Returns Process to Warehouse, Partial Shipment Confirmation – Flow at GI Zone.
• Weight Scale Configuration Process & Integration with RF
• Hands on Prod. Order – TR – TO Creation Process with Queue Assignment.
• Picking –Packing Interface with 3PL logistic Vendor,
• Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting
• Procure to Pay Process – Knowledge on All procurement Types – STO, Subcontracting, 3rd Party Procurement , Consignment etc..,
• PR – PO Release Strategy knowledge, Deep Knowledge on Material Master Data Creation – All Views maintenance
• Control Cycle – Storage Location maintenance, Knowledge on PP – MM Integration, MRP, SA Creation and SNC Integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. To design and develop new tools as per the clientâs requirements and/ customize the existing tools.
2. To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
3. To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.
4. To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
5. To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
