Candidates should understand Financials/HCM processes, testing lifecycles, and have experience with automated tools like Opkey; OTBI/SQL are a plus. Strong communication and independent problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of Oracle Cloud Financials experience in GL/AP/AR/Cash Mgmt/FA.
• 6–9 years of Oracle Cloud HCM in US payroll/Benefits/Absence/Compensation/Core HR/Talent.
• Understanding of financial and HCM processes.
• Experience with software testing life cycle and methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools; Opkey a plus.
• Ability to handle tickets independently for managed services.

Responsibilities

Having Functional understanding of the set up and the product functionality out of the box. Role will require the candidate to work independently to design and execute test script.
