Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive non-aero commercial space revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the commercial team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand commercial space operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of commercial spaces.
  • Oversee lease agreements, rental negotiations, and contract management for commercial spaces.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize commercial space offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial space performance and initiatives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality commercial space management.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance the overall commercial space experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
