Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is searching for an experienced Cloud Architect to define AI platform architecture across MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps. You will design deployment patterns for cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and air-gapped environments and mentor engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure AI solutions.

The role requires strong expertise with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform/Bicep, and major cloud services, plus governance, security, and cost-optimization work across enterprise AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud/Platform Architecture.
• 3+ years in AI/ML/GenAI platforms.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP architecture.
• On-prem, hybrid and air-gapped deployment experience.
• Kubernetes, OpenShift and Docker proficiency.
• Terraform or Bicep expertise.
• Exposure to AI services: Foundry, Bedrock, Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
• Familiar with MCP, A2A, WebSockets, Streaming HTTP/SSE.
• Enterprise integration, migration and modernization experience.
• Cloud Architect Professional Certifications.
• Nice-to-have: LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI.
• GPU optimization, AI FinOps.

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead the design, evaluation, deployment, and evolution of enterprise AI platforms across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and air-gapped environments.
