Lead Business Development Executive (Solar)
We are looking for a Lead Business Development Engineer (Solar) for the Solar & Renewable Energy division of Conceptia in Bangalore.

Work Location: Bangalore
Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical (preferred) or any degree
Work Experience: 5-6 years in sales within the rooftop Solar or PV solar industry, Electrical, etc.
Job Type: Full time / Permanent
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate solar energy customer leads to develop new accounts.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers.
- Conduct sales prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and face-to-face visits.
- Select solar energy products, systems, or services for customers based on electrical energy requirements, site conditions, and pricing.
- Assess sites to determine suitability for solar equipment using appropriate tools and software.
- Calculate potential solar resources or array production considering climate, shading, and roof orientation.
- Develop marketing or strategic plans for sales territories.
- Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs.
- Provide customers with information such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates.
- Provide technical information about solar power, systems, equipment, and services to potential customers.
- Ensure prompt follow-up with customers regarding orders, terms, payments, approvals, and problem resolution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed weekly and monthly forecasts and present them to the reporting officer.
