The Axial programme seeks the best talent across technical skills, business understanding and change leadership to deliver a world-class change programme and ensure employees understand their end-to-end role in the global company. What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with multiple business teams and senior leaders within Operations to lead the collection of requirements, identify challenges and opportunities; work with delivery partners to write scalable, high-quality requirements and specifications; contribute hands-on by writing requirements yourself.
  • Lead the integration of analytics and AI into business processes, including potential automation of decision making.
  • Engage in data management activities such as design of an analytics catalogue, promoting data literacy, participating in analytics governance forums and championing citizen data services.
  • Develop and embed standards and guidelines for the business intelligence lifecycle.
  • Navigate interim states and solve arising problems.
  • Prepare material, tools, sample data and processes for Fit-2-Standard workshops.
  • Contribute to the analytics and AI operating model.
  • Identify learning and development needs.
Essential for the role
  • Strong business analysis experience and knowledge of analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering management-level presentations.
  • Experience with large projects and implementations.
  • Influencing design and user experience.
  • Experience in one or more Operations processes: Manufacturing and Warehouse management; Transportation management.
  • Experience with large and sophisticated data sets in BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik & PowerBI.
  • A strong drive to learn new concepts in business processes, tools and applications.
  • Ability to convey complex information through analytics from Top-Floor to Shopfloor.
Desirable for the role
  • Experience in one or more full S/4 HANA implementation cycles in Analytics using embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud and knowledge of SAP B/W4 HANA or SAP Datasphere.
  • Experience in Business Process Management Tools like BIC, Nimbus or Signavio.
  • Regulatory experience, e.g. GxP and SOx.
  • Exposure to more than one SAP module from the business side (e.g., MM, PP, IM, EWM, QM, TM, Controlling); technical or configuration skills are not required for this role.
  • Familiarity with data science, AI/ML concepts and use cases in Operations.
  • Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience.
  • Experience leading teams of analysts and testers.
  • UX experience.
  • Experience with planning tools like Hyperion, SAP BPC or SAC Planning.
  • Certifications in SAP, Project Management, BI, Data Management, Lean or Operations.
  • Experience in large-scale, complex, multi-year projects.
