Bravura Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join the Product Development team. This cross-client, cross-domain role spans Australian, UK and South Africa regions, partnering with Customers, Delivery Managers, Project Managers and Architecture teams to shape solutions and drive delivery.

You will lead end-to-end BA and solution design for complex product enhancements, analyze regulatory requirements, and oversee workshops with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in software/product development.
• Experience across finance industries (Insurance, Investment banking, Capital Markets, Pensions, UK wrap) is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Business Analysis, Solution Design and Impact Assessment.
• Hands-on Software Testing/BA in financial environments.
• Experience working across multiple clients, domains and regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Ability to quickly learn new domains and apply knowledge.
• Mentor/coach BAs and drive quality standards.
• Experience leading AI adoption and creating reusable AI assets.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Product Development team. This is a cross-client, cross-domain and multi-region role, requiring strong business acumen, Solution Design expertise and the ability to work effectively across Australian, UK and South Africa Regions.

The role will partner with Customers, Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Consultants, Product, Development, QA and Architecture teams to shape solutions and drive successful delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end Business Analysis and Solution Design for complex product enhancements, client requirements and regulatory/business change.
• Work across multiple clients, domains and regions, rapidly understanding different business processes, regulatory requirements and client-specific needs.
• Perform cross-client, cross-domain and regional impact analysis, identifying dependencies, commonality, differences and opportunities for standardisation and reuse.
• Own high-quality Solution Designs / Business Solution Designs, translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Act as a key BA interface for Customers, Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers, managing requirements, priorities, scope, risks, dependencies and delivery expectations.
• Lead customer and stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions and solution walkthroughs, clearly communicating complex business and product concepts.
• Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI/LLM tools across BA and SDLC activities, with the ability to develop effective prompts and reusable AI workflows, validate outputs, identify automation opportunities, and drive measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
• Partner with Product, Development, QA and Architecture teams across the SDLC, from requirements through UAT and release.
• Challenge requirements constructively, identify gaps and ambiguities, and recommend effective business and solution alternatives.
• Drive BA quality, governance, standardisation and continuous improvement across clients and domains.
• Mentor and coach Business Analysts and contribute to BA capability upliftment.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI, automation and process improvement to improve productivity, reduce effort and maintain/improve quality.

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in a software/product development environment.
• Exposure to the any of the Finance industries (Insurance, Investment banking, Capital Markets Superannuation, Pensions or UK wrap) is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Business Analysis, Solution Design and Impact Assessment.
• Hands on experience in Software Testing/Business Analysis of multi-user software within a financial environment.
• Proven experience working across multiple clients, domains and/or geographical regions.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across Customers, Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Consultants and technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Ability to quickly understand new domains, products and business processes and apply knowledge across different contexts.
• Experience mentoring/reviewing other Business Analysts and driving quality standards.
• Strong ownership, decision-making and ability to operate independently.

Preferred Experience

• APAC and EMEA business and regulatory environments.
• Regulatory/legislative change and complex product ecosystems.
• Data, integrations, interfaces and cross-product impact assessment.
• Experience in leading AI adoption, creating reusable AI assets and coaching teams is highly desirable.
• CBAP certification
• RG 146 or relevant financial services certification is an advantage.

Work Location

Office-based role in accordance with the organisation's current office working policy. This is not a permanent Work From Home position, and no permanent WFH exception is envisaged for this role.
