Adani Transmission (ATL) is seeking a finance leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and governance across projects in Mumbai. You will lead cycles, maintain assumptions, and collaborate with SBU/PMO for corrective actions.

The role focuses on tracking variances, cost optimization, DOA controls, and audit-ready documentation to support governance and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualification to match role seniority.
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com required for eligibility.
• Desirable CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) with relevant exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgets, periodic forecasts and reforecast cycles; maintain assumptions and version control.
• Track project budgets vs actuals; analyze variances and drive corrective actions with SBU/PMO owners.
• Run cost-to-complete governance, contingency drawdown tracking and early-warning indicators.
• Evaluate financial impact of change orders/claims; support approval packs with quantified impacts.
• Monitor opex and corporate spend; run cost optimization initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Govern budget release and spend controls as per DOA; flag exceptions and ensure closure.
• Publish monthly dashboards (cost, forecast accuracy, risks, actions) for governance forums.
• Maintain audit-ready records for budgets, approvals, and variance action closures.
