Job summary

Tech Hire Hub is seeking an experienced backend architect with 8+ years in Java to lead and design scalable backend systems. You will architect services, collaborate with Product and Design, and ensure performance, security, and quality at scale.

The role requires strong knowledge of Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. Prior experience with distributed systems and design patterns is essential; familiarity with Kafka, GraphQL, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience with Java (8/11/17)
• Strong command over Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience in solution design/architecture, breaking down complex business needs into scalable components
• Sound knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Strong expertise with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience building or scaling platforms or product-based systems (not just service-based projects)
• Hands-on with cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred), Docker, CI/CD tools
• Exposure to distributed systems and performance optimization techniques
• Great communication skills and leadership mindset
• Bonus: fintech, investment tech, or B2B SaaS familiarity
