Job summary

Kyndryl in Bengaluru seeks an experienced engineer to design and implement Terraform assets for enterprise Azure platform, covering networking, identity, security, and shared services. You will define IaC standards and build robust CI/CD pipelines for deployments.

Collaborate with Security and Governance teams to enforce controls, mentor DevOps engineers, and enable self‑service modules. You will continually monitor, troubleshoot, and improve reliability and performance of the Azure environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Azure experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform for Azure Cloud Platform.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Terraform assets for enterprise Azure platform, including networking, identity, security, and shared services
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using Terraform and Azure‑native tools
• Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Azure platform and infrastructure deployments
• Implement and enforce Azure governance using Management Groups, Azure Policy, RBAC, and Landing Zones
• Collaborate with Security and Risk teams to integrate compliance, identity, and security controls
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship to platform and DevOps engineers
• Enable application teams through reusable modules, templates, and self‑service capabilities
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve Azure platform reliability and performance

Who You Are

Required Skills: 8+ years of extensive hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Terraform for Azure Cloud Platform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps. Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and platform engineering practices. Advanced knowledge of Azure services including networking, compute, storage, and identity. Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Experience with Git‑based workflows and collaborative development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in cloud, platform, or DevOps engineering roles
• Experience working in large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments
• Strong familiarity with: Azure Landing Zones and enterprise‑scale architecture
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and observability tooling
• AKS and container‑based platforms
• Knowledge of Azure security, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, Terraform)
